30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Darkgus pillow. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at wolkenwabe@outlook.es within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, your full name and your shipping address.
2. We'll confirm your request by email and send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send any items back before receiving these instructions.
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
4. Once we receive the item (or proof of shipment), we'll process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We never charge any fees for refunds.

Return Conditions

Please return the item in good condition, with all included accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the return shipping.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us right away at wolkenwabe@outlook.es and include photos if possible. We'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of your country.
